Track your current account movements, loan installment payment dates, credit card limit and much more by receiving alerts via email or text message (SMS).​​​

Benefits of subscribing our Gestão de Alertas service:

·         Free membership;

·         Easy to use;

·         Simple, convenient and close monitoring of your current account balance evolution;

·     Increased security by enabling timely claims for operations that are not recognized by you as legitimate.​

·    The selection of alerts will be defined by you through an instruction where you can indicate the type of alerts you want to receive;

·   The alert management service allows you to send a notification via SMS and / or e-mail whenever a predefined event occurs.

Type of alerts:

Current accounts alert:

·   Debt and credit movements;

 

ATM balance inquiry alert:

·   ATM balance check done in Mozambique and abroad;

 

Loan provision date alert:

·   5 days before the loan payment date;

 

Credit card alert:

·   5 days before your credit card payment date;

·   Credit card limit (when credit limit is equal or greater than X %).​​​

Visit the nearest Millennium bim branch and subscribe to the adhesion contract.

If you have already subscribed to the Gestão de Alertas contract follow the steps bellow:

·         Define minimum and maximum values ​​of the operations to be alerted;

·         Provide your valid mobile phone number and / or e-mail address.

1.   What is the Gestão de Alertas service?

​Gestão de Alertas is a service that enables the management of alerts sent to Clients. The aims are to keep them informed about the state of their assets and liabilities towards the Bank. There are several types of alert services, namely:

·    Current accounts alerts;

·    ATM balance inquiry alert;

·    Loan provision date alert;

·    Credit card alert.

 

2.  What are the requirements to use this service?

Visit the nearest Millennium bim branch and subscribe the service.

 

3.  What are the main features of this service?

The main features are:

·    Current accounts alerts;

·    ATM balance inquiry alert;

·    Loan provision date alert;

·    Credit card alert.


4.  What are the relating costs involved in using this service?

Email alerts are free. On the other hand, a fee is charged to the alerts sent by SMS. The commission charged for each SMS alert sent is published in the Bank’s price list, available for consultation at any Millennium bim branch.​
