Travel Personal Accident Insurance with a simplified subscription and with no need for medical exams, with the following coverages:

  • Risk of Death

Payment to the Beneficiaries of the capital covered in case of death of the Insured Person as a result of an accident during a travel.

  • Risk of Total and Permanent Disability

Payment to the Insured Person of a compensation corresponding to a devaluation of 100%, provided that there is an accident causing a devaluation of less than 50%.

  • Treatment and Repatriation Expenses

Reimbursement of medical expenses incurred in the treatment of injuries to the amount set, including repatriation.

Risks Covered

  • Risk of Death by Accident
The Insurance Company will pay the capital covered to the Benefeciaries designated by the Insured Person in case of death by accident that occures immediately, or in the course of two years from the date of the accident. If the Benefeciaries were not designated, it shall be considered Benefeciaries those who, under the Act, are designated legitimate heirs of the Insured Person.
  • Risk of Total and Permanent Disability

The Seguro Viagem (Travel Insurance) provides a compensation corresponding to a devaluation of 100%, provided that there is an accident causing a devaluation equal or above 50%. Risk of Death and of Total and Permanent Disability do not accumulate, that is, if the Insured Person died as a result of an accident, compensation for death shall be payable only if to date has not been assigned compensation of Total and Permanent Disability.

  • Treatment and Repatriation Expenses

The Seguro Viagem (Travel Insurance) guarantees the repayment of all expenses of treatment and repatriation resulting from accidents, up to the maximum amounts contracted for this purpose according to the option chosen.

Life (Insurance)
Contract whereby the Insurer, in return for the premium paid by the Policy Holder, pays to someone - the Beneficiary - a certain amount (Insured Capital) in case of life or death of the Insured. Includes the actual life insurance, rents, the capitalization and retirement fund management operations.

Insured Capital
The amount up to which a compensation is paid following a loss covered by the contract.
